Meetings Agendas & Minutes

During lockdown, meetings will be held virtually.  The public may video log in or dial into listen but may only speak as part of the public section .   

 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND ALL COUNCIL

MEETINGS 

Public Attendance:  If members of the public wish to join a meeting they should contact the Town Clerk by email (nicolagray@corfemullen-tc.gov.uk), to receive instructions on how to access the meeting.  If the public wish to make a comment it must be emailed to the Town Clerk at least 24 hours in advance.   

The next meeting is on 11th August 2020 at 13:30 hrs, Planning Committee followed by Community Services at 14:30 hrs.  If you wish to speak or have a statement read out during the public section of the meeting or wish to dial in to listen, please contact the Council at nicolagray@corfemullen-tc.gov.uk no later than 13:30 hrs on Monday 10th August 2020.  However, please note that a recording of the meeting will be available after the event.

THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND POLICE AND CRIME PANELS (CORONAVIRUS) (FLEXIBILITY OF LOCAL AUTHORITY AND POLICE AND CRIME PANEL MEETINGS) (ENGLAND AND WALES) REGULATIONS 2020 disapplies paragraph 7 of Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972. This means there is no requirement for a town or parish council to hold its annual meeting and therefore there is no 2020/21 Calendar of Meetings.  The next meeting dates and times will be advised at each meeting.


The Town Council noticeboards are situated as follows: 

  • Post Office, Badbury View Road
  • Hill View Post Office
  • Outside the Village Hall
  • Roman Road, corner of The Close.
